Wilderness Tent Camping
Fully Self-Contained Tent Camping $25 per night (2 people) $10 per additional person | Children 0–5 years: $5 $10 per dog - Conditions Apply Tucked deep within the Hidden Valley, this is a true bare-bones wilderness camping experience set across 400 acres of rugged hills, virgin forest, and mountain streams. The valley is rich in ancient weathered marble, shaped over time, with a fascinating labyrinth of cave systems below, marked by natural cave-ins known as tomo. What we provide is simple and intentional: wilderness and a fire pit. What we ask is respect — for the land, the animals, and those who come after you. Campers are expected to: Leave the site exactly as they find it Follow all farm safety guidelines and the New Zealand Outdoor & Country Code - There are no toilets, so bring a spade. ONLY TENTS - No Motor Veichles Permitted. Mountain Bikes Permitted No bathroom facilities are available No rubbish or dumping facilities — take everything away with you Suitable food scraps may be fed to the farm animals This experience is for those who seek quiet, raw nature, and simplicity — a place to disconnect, slow down, and truly be in the land.
