Our all-inclusive package features a minimum three-night stay at Pioneer Hut, with the second day reserved for your special celebration.
Let Terri handle all the arrangements, from selecting the perfect ceremony spot to taking care of every little detail behind the scenes.
Our exclusive celebration packages start from $2500 to include your exclusive 3 night minimum accommodation for one couple, event planning & celebrant service if required. A celebration breakfast on the morning of your event, principal location set-up, in-season flower or craft bouquet & button-hole, a celebration lunch platter, and a worthy evening dining experience at the cabin fire side.
Extra nights $300pn for up to 4 guests (bedding included)

PAMPER a PONY or FARM PARTY.
What more do children want on their birthday, than the freedom to run, eat and get dirty. As well as this your child and their besties can interact with the sanctuary farm pets and especially our featured farm pets from our book series "Adventures at Hidden valley Farm" like Derek the Hungry Sheep.
Booking in advance: to pamper the ponies and other activities are available, including story time. Books available for sale on the day at $20 each.
BYO party food, refreshments & cake, or ask us to supply them. POA if preferred. Tea and coffee for parents provided. (donations)
Duration: 2/3 hours. Maximum number of children 6 Gum boots advised & a change of clothes maybe necessary. Adult supervision expected from the party host family. From $100 for up to two children, there after $25 per child. (Food not included)
